LG Strategic Design + Innovation Program

Feeding a corporate with ideas to enable the ergonomics driven innovation

From 2008-2010, LG Wireless division partnered with us on cell phone innovation with a focus on user centered ergonomics and design. As the principle designer on the program, I was responsible for developing the approaching design strategy as well as leading the effort in design analysis, idea generation and the phone concept development. Each year hundreds of ideas and 8 to12 finished phone concepts were documented into a book. The work has been widely recognized in LG and is used as an idea and design source to their internal design team as well as marketing team. One product example is shown to the right: LG G Flex D950 Titan Siver 32GB 6" Curved OLED Display 4G LTE Unlocked Smartphone.
